Gum Leaf Tree, Lino Print
Gum Leaf Tree, Lino Print
"We always go collecting gum leaves for the bush dye. They are perfect for making patterns" Anindilyakwa artists tell contemporary and traditional stories of country through printmaking. New and traditional mark making techniques are applied to the lino, with each artist developing their own unique patterns and imagery. Prints are hand printed with a barren to create each edition.
