Professional Development: Danjibana Noeleen Lalara - ANKA Board Member Appointment

Congratulations to Danjibana Noeleen Lalara who, after a passionate speech, was appointed to the ANKA board as an Arnhem Land Director at the 2022 ANKA AGM. Danjibana is the first Wanindilyakwa to be represented on the ANKA board and has said she is proud to present her community in such an important space.  

ANKA (Arnhem, Northern and Kimberley Artists Aboriginal Corporation) is the peak support and advocacy body for Aboriginal artists and Aboriginal-owned community Art Centres spread over one million square kilometres of country in the Top End of the Northern Territory and Western Australia.
