Exchanges & Refunds
We are happy to provide our customers with a 14-day return policy for artworks purchased from our website or in-store if the artwork is significantly different to what you expected.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days to advise us that you are returning the artwork.
The artwork needs to be returned to us in its original condition and undamaged with all of the original documents enclosed.
The cost of returning the artwork is at the cost and the responsibility of the customer and remains the property of the buyer until it is received by the gallery.
The customer may choose between a refund or exchange.
Our artists take special care to produce high quality artworks, however, in the case of minor faults we offer repairs at no cost.
